​WINDOW CLEANING

Once every quarter is suggested for businesses.  Residential we suggest quarterly if you have a view, pollen producing vegetation near, high winds, need more sunlight penetrating your home and to assist in removing hard water spots before they are etched in permanently. Or a minimum of twice per year.  Many customers like to have window cleaning done before special events and holidays.

GUTTER CLEANING

This really depends on the situation where you live and how many trees are on or around your property. We often experience high winds during the months of November, December and January.  Add to this the late leaves falling from trees during fall. November thru January you could clean out your gutters every week!  However we suggest they are checked and cleaned out once a month during this time.  Gutters can fill quickly with debris leading to them becoming heavy and pulling away from the home.  When they fill with debris they also fill with water which is heavy and can overflow causing rot to your roof.  Some time in March is another great month to clean out and inspect the leads holding the downspouts, and replace any loose gutter nails.  During May or June you'll want to clean gutters again if you live near Cedars, oaks or other pollen producing vegetation, these pods act like sponges and quickly clogs gutters and downspouts.

PRESSURE WASHING

Commercial sidewalks and parking lots can be done twice per year.  Residential can get away with once per year.  Wood decks and patios tend to collect mold faster and should be inspected twice a year. Docks or cement steps leading to your beachfront property should be done once per year, if normal tide levels cover your steps then twice a year.

Moss grows from October thru June and has been listed as the number one cause of roof damage here in the PNW due to our wet climate.  We suggest having moss treatment applied a minimum of twice during the active growing season.  If your home is in the shade or surrounded by trees you might want to have application more often.  Our approach is to KILL IT and KEEP IT DEAD.  We start cleaning roofs in August thru September when the moss is dead and its roots have released from roof shingles.

If you have debris on your roof from a storm, high winds, regular tree shedding (needles and leaves) that type of cleaning should be done either right after the event that caused it or twice a year from leaves and needles.  Debris left on the roof gives moss spores a place to hide and grow.  If its excessive it can also clog your gutters and downspouts.  Dead roof moss is removed in August and September.  If you have live moss it must be killed first and allowed to bake in the  summer sun until it will finally let go of your roofing material and is ready to be swept off.

is there a minimum amount of services to sign up for?  

NO!  you are free to choose one service, all services or any combination!  You are completely in charge of your plan and can choose the services and the frequency they are preformed.   Here in the Pacific Northwest the number one service we preform is Moss Treatment.  Kill it, keep it dead and prevent it from returning!

Do I have to be home?

NO!  Unless you want interior window cleaning, then we'll need you to let us in.

do I have to remember to make an appointment?

NO!  Once you choose the services you want and the frequency, we put you on automatic scheduling.  We send you a reminder email 2 weeks before the appointment, we do an automatic payment to your card on file the day of the appointment.  You'll come home to a beautiful clean home!

Can i add services any time?

YES!  When we email the service reminder just let us know at that time if you'd like to add a one time service while we are there - the additional service will be charged after the service call is completed.  Or you can add additional re-occurring services at any time.

do you look for other potential problems?

YES!  We do an inspection every visit in order to catch potential problems early.  If we see an issue we will call you immediately for emergency issues or send a detailed email report to you for things that can wait till our next visit.

will I save money by signing up for the mainteance plan?

YES!  The exterior of your home is under constant attack from the weather and insects.  Having us there regularly checking will catch potential problems early. PLUS having routine cleanings will expand the lifespan your roof and windows saving you thousands in replacement and repair cost.
